📜 Terms of Service (TOS)


1. General Information

By booking a stay at Sweet Dreams Luxurious House, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 

These terms ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests.


2. Booking & Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed upon receiving a booking confirmation email.
  • A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
  • The only accepted payment method is cash upon arrival.
  • Cancellation policies vary; please review the terms before booking.


3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out: By 9:00 AM.
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.


4. House Rules

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM to respect all guests.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments but is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • Pets are not allowed except for service animals, with prior notice.
  • Guests must leave the apartment in the same condition as arrival, including cleaning dishes and taking out trash.
  • Any damage to the property must be reported and may result in additional charges.


5. Use of Facilities

  • The swimming pool, parking, and barbecue area are shared among guests.
  • Pool hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Guests must follow posted safety rules.
  • Wi-Fi is free, but we are not responsible for temporary network issues.
  • Laundry facilities are available for guests.


6. Services Provided

  • Airport transfers, car rentals, and guided tours can be arranged upon request.
  • High chairs and cribs are available at no extra cost for families with children.


7. Liability & Safety

  • The owners of Sweet Dreams Luxurious House are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to use provided safes (if available).
  • Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety, especially in the pool area.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary based on the booking type and season.
  • Reservations may be canceled free of charge within the specified cancellation window.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a penalty or deposit forfeiture.


9. Termination of Stay

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund if they fail to comply with these terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or damage the property.
